NewGenSigns is committed to providing high-quality design, printing, and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:

1. No Returns on Custom Orders

All sales are final on custom-designed and printed products, including but not limited to signage, decals, vehicle wraps, printing services, and installations. Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be canceled or returned.

2. Order Approval & Proofing

Before production, we provide digital proofs for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including design, spelling, colors, and dimensions. Once approved, we proceed with production, and any errors discovered afterward will not be eligible for refund or reprint unless they are due to our negligence.

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to a mistake on our end, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

4. Installation Issues

For installation services, we guarantee proper application at the time of service. However, issues arising from improper care, misuse, or external factors (e.g., weather conditions, accidents) will not be covered under this policy. If you experience any installation concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

5. Color Variations

Please note that colors may appear differently on screen compared to the final printed product. While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations are normal and do not qualify for a return or refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. If design work has already started, a cancellation fee may apply. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

7. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances. Otherwise, we will work to correct any verified errors by offering a reprint or replacement.
