NewGenSigns is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products after delivery or installation. Customers assume full responsibility for the proper handling and maintenance of printed materials, signs, decals, and wraps. Any misuse, improper installation (unless performed by NewGenSigns), or exposure to extreme conditions that result in damage is not covered under this policy.

2. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

All custom designs, logos, and artwork created by NewGenSigns remain the intellectual property of our company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers providing their own artwork must ensure they have the legal rights to use such materials. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from client-provided files.

3. Turnaround Time & Delays

Estimated completion times for design, printing, and installation services are provided at the time of order but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. NewGen Signs is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or third-party vendors.

4. Payment & Deposits

All orders require a deposit before production begins. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing. Unpaid balances may result in delays or withholding of final products.

5. Policy Updates

NewGenSigns reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
